Willy specialises in biotech, medtech, fintech, AI and information technology. He brings capital markets experience across identifying, advising on and executing investments with a range of capital structures.

An entrepreneur throughout his career, Willy founded a technology company that became a leading mobile app developer in Singapore and Malaysia and subsequently filed for an IPO in the United States. He was a Singapore Government Public Service Commission Scholar and holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore.

Willy lectured on “Becoming An Entrepreneur” at Nanyang Polytechnic and James Cook University, and mentored startups at Singapore Management University.

Daniels specialises in helping SMEs prepare for their next stage of growth. Over 20 years in business advisory, he has worked with more than 50 companies across Asia-Pacific, supporting their paths toward institutional funding, IPOs and M&A exits.

His pre-IPO preparatory work includes Sitra Holdings Ltd, GLG Ltd, HY Group Bhd, Yong Nam Holdings Ltd and ISO TEAM Ltd. Daniels obtained a Bachelor of Business from Edith Cowan University on a scholarship and an MBA from the University of Birmingham, UK.
